Usher has officially silenced his critics who wonder if he still has "It." Well 9, #1 singles should answer that question. OMG, the fourth single off Raymond Vs. Raymond, has hit the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100. Ursh is now tied with Elton John for the 8 spot among artists with the most #1 singles. Congrats to Usher.
