Part of me wants to be mad at this outfit but I can't. Willow is making it rain on people who think they're fashionistas. This is how a ten year old with rich parents does it. The attitude along with the outfit makes me a bit envious. Willow walked in there like it was her event and I am no mad at her. I expect big things in the future.
