Lawsuit in 5,4,3,2,1

We know that Khloe may not be Robert Kardashian's daughter. We have been whispering about it for years and Khloe even had her mom take a DNA test  but no one actually said anything out loud. In Kris Kardashian Jenner's book, she wrote about an affair that happened around the time that Khloe was conceived and that piqued more interest. Jan - who married Robert Kardashian after Khloe's mum Kris - said that her late husband had told her that Khloe was not his daughter. "Khloe is not his kid," Jan told the magazine. "He told me that after we got married."

Here is Khloe's response: 

I feel like Jan is out of line. Although we all have speculated, and I even wrote something about it, it's none of her, or our, business and she shouldn't interject herself into things that don't involve her. If Robert decided to step up and raise Khloe as his own, and give her his last name, despite his doubts, then kudos to him. That's between him, Kris, and Khloe. She shouldn't have spoken about it. I expect the Kardashians to file a law suit or a cease and desist order.
