Kelly, We Need to Talk
Sigh... There's a reason why Kelly Rowland is stuck in pop star purgatory. She has the talent but she waits months between singles. Girl, we need to talk.
I know that people try to blame your lack of success of Matthew Knowles and his obvious favoritism towards Beyonce, but girl, you have new management and a new record label and your album still only sold 70,000 copies in the first week. Has your album even gone platinum? Gold? Rubber? It's not Beyonce, it's you. First, you need to get off Beyonce's crotch. If you want people to focus on you, stop discussing Beyonce and Baby Blue Ivy in every interview. I swear you say Beyonce's name in every sentence. We get it. You love Beyonce and you're grateful for her because she let you sing back up in her group and it changed your life. Okay, let's move on.
Where is your promotion? You need to take notes on this from Beyonce. Even when she promoted your album, she promoted her album. I bet you didn't catch that. You promote Beyonce more than you promote yourself. I wikipedia'd you and I found you've released 7 singles off of Here I Am and I can only name a few and I can only sing one. Girl, you need to do better. Where are the videos? Where are the performances? Where are the DVD's? Where is the promotion?Did you even perform "Motivation?" I know you don't have Beyonce's money or budget, but you may need to start doing your own videos. Start promoting yourself. Why are you promoting LaLa and Kim? I'm happy you have friends but look at Beyonce. She doesn't have any friends and she's successful. She's about her business, as you should be. Also, why are you still an opening act? You've been in this business for 15 years, you should not be opening for people who were still in elementary school when "No, No,No" first hit. If you have to put together a club tour or perform in Wal-Mart parking lots, a la Keri Hilson, do it because you should not be anyone's opening act. You also should have called your album "I Am Here" because you're 15 years into your career and you just need to do better.

Kelly Rowland About to Be Unemployed?
I want Kelly to get it together. This is her main source of income, besides Destiny's Child residual checks and if she wants to go broke in a decade, she needs to go back to work. She just started working in May, how did she ruin it already? Kelly, get it together.
P.S, I love that pic of Kelly. I hate that she feels insecure about her looks because she is really pretty.

Kelly Talks Beyonce and Columbia
In a recent Rap-Up interview, Kelly Spoke about her and Beyonce and being dropped from Columbia. I'm glad she's keeping it real.
(Rap-Up)Despite constant rumors pitting them against one another, the “Grown Woman” says she and BeyoncĂ© have remained friends. “We were always civilized,” she tells Entertainment Weekly. “That’s what I’m most proud of. From the rumors to the lawsuits to false accusations, it was really tough.”
Even when legal issues arose with former members LeToya and LaTavia, the two stayed close. “We were strong because we had each other,” she tells the magazine. “There were times when I couldn’t even be strong enough, so I had B. She was the only thing I knew. She was my only friend.”
As for the Destiny’s Child reunion that her former manager Mathew Knowles shut down, Kelly says she would be open to it “if the fans wanted it to happen.”
Rowland also admits in the article that her former label Columbia Records dropped her and it was not a mutual split as the press release stated. “In all honesty, they let me go. The records that I put out probably didn’t perform as well as maybe they wanted them to,” she reveals. “We live in an industry where you’ve got to bring in money. You can’t be pushing out so much money and not bring anything back. I get it.

Papa Knowles is done with Destiny's Child

Sorry to Michelle, Kelly, Letoya, Latavia, and Farrah but Beyonce will not be seeing you unless her father says so. It seems as if Matthew Knowles has cracked the whip on a Destiny's Child reunion.
So much for that one.
“Contrary to rumors online of a Destiny’s Child reunion, there are no plans for the group to reunite for a performance or album,” Knowles said. “BeyoncĂ©, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have each moved on to successful solo careers. The members remain close, but will not reunite as a group.”

Is the hatchet buried?
According to published reports, Beyonce and Kelly have buried the hachet after Beyonce visited Kelly in her hotel. I don't want to be cynical but I don't know if I'm buying it. I'd like to know what went down in the first place to make Bey and her oldest friend no longer cool. Me thinks it has something to do with Daddy Knowles.
Beyone Knowles and Kelly Rowland are still tight after their days together as
members of Destiny’s Child. Just after Rowland checked into the Empire Hotel
Thursday night, Knowles arrived there with her bodyguard, who waited two hours
in the lobby while she visited her old bandmate in a suite upstairs.

Kelly vs. Beyonce?
Ever since Kelly decided to kick Matthew Knowles to the curb as her manager, people have pitted Kelly and Beyonce against each other. Although Michelle and Beyonce are still friends, even though Michelle is no longer managed by Matthew, Kelly and Beyonce have yet to be seen together in over two years. Rumors of a feud have garnered recent fire after Beyonce released her new video for "Why Don't You Love Me?" on the same day as Kelly released her single "Commander."
We all came out at the same time and it really doesn't matter... I think there's room for everybody... There's B (Beyonce ), there's Ciara putting something out and (Lady) GaGa putting something out, but, because we started out together, people are going to say things like that." In fact, Rowland says she will "Love (Beyonce) 'til our dying days and that's all that counts."
I smell something rotten here and I don't believe this is coming from Beyonce. I think Matthew is angry at Kelly and Beyonce is the pawn. Scratch that because I won't pretend that Beyonce is perfect because I don't know her but something is amiss.
