Kelly Rowland About to Be Unemployed?

Word around the blogosphere is that Kelly Rowland is about to be unemployed. It's unclear if Kelly is leaving because she's unhappy or if she's leaving because Simon is over her antics, but the word is that Kelly will no longer judge UK's X-Factor. There have been stories of Kelly fighting with judges and we all know about her being forced to return to the UK to do her job. Yeah, it's been real fun Kelly.

I want Kelly to get it together. This is her main source of income, besides Destiny's Child residual checks and if she wants to go broke in a decade, she needs to go back to work. She just started working in May, how did she ruin it already? Kelly, get it together.
