It appears Tucker has not even been paying the State of California, who filed a lien against him for allegedly not paying $3,594,409 in state taxes over the same time span. We know Cali is getting that money because of how hard pressed they are for money.
Tucker is not broke by anymeans, in 2001, Tucker reportedly took in a $20 million payday for "Rush Hour 2" and scored $25 million for "Rush Hour 3" ... which hit theaters in 2007. That doesn't count all the movies he's done in between.
