Reggie Bush to return Heisman?

Although no official decision has been made by he issuers of the Heisman trophy, word on the street is that the Reggie Bush will be stripped of the Heisman Trophy he won in 2005. It is also rumored that the trophy won't be given to the runner up. In my opinion, Reggie should keep his trophy because he earned it. What he did may have been wrong in the NCAA's eyes, but Reggie still won games for USC.
