Eryak Badu's controversial Window Seat video has cost her another $500 and six months probation. The video, which shows Badu stripping in Dallas' Deely Plaza where JFK was shot, has caused Badu to get the maximum charge for disorderly conduct. Officials with Dallas police charged Badu after a witness complained about her stripping naked in front of a crowd of people.
The video was said to hold a multifaceted message, with the singer being assassinated like Kennedy with the words “Group Think” spilling out of her head.
As part of her probation, Badu will have to notify the court about any address changes within 10 days of moving and cannot commit any city, state or federal offenses during her six-month term.
If her probation is violated Badu will have a criminal conviction on her record.
Her probation will end around February 11, 2011
