Lil Kim x Clipse = RocNation??

According to major media outlets Lil' Kim has just signed with Jay-Z's record label RocNation. Although it is not officially announced, media insiders report an announcement will take place in the upcoming weeks.

It is being reported that Jay-Z will helm executive producer duties on her RocNation release. No word on whether her most recent song "Download" feat. Charlie Wilson & T-Pain will make the album.

There are also rumors circulating of the Thornton brothers joining the roster as well. While details are sparse, it is assumed that the signing will be for the release of their upcoming solo albums and their ReUp Gang imprint.

"I didn't even know [the deal] got off the ground," said Malice to BrooklynBodega.com. "I'm not even talking about that ... I would tell you. When we're ready, we'll talk about that."

The Clipse have been one of the few artists invited to Hawaii to work with Kanye West on his highly anticipated Good Ass Job LP.

The management, music publishing, and entertainment company was founded by Jay-Z in 2009. Kanye West is the current CEO of this joint venture between LiveNation and Jay-Z.
