I haven't done one of these in a minute but Chris Brown is deserving of it. I guess Chris Brown feels like he has rebounded enough that he can charge fans $2.99 to view his new video "12 Strands:Matrix." Although the video is for charity, Symphonic Love Foundation, I will be watching it on youtube or you can watch it here the next day. Peep the trailor:
