Shady Eddie Long

Yesterday Eddie Long’s long suffering wife, Vanessa, filed divorce papers and released the standard celebrity statement. After careful consideration, I, or we, have decided to separate. We remain good friends and dedicated parents. I ask that the media respects our privacy during this difficult time. Give or take a few words. The thing that wasn't so standard was that she recanted the divorce. She stands by her husband, blah, blah, blah. Then she released a statement saying that the divorce was back on and the statement was released by her husband, or someone in his camp. I just read the retraction statement and it doesn't sound right. First, why would she release a statement through his church? Second, why would she write his full name including middle initial? Maybe i'm the only one who thinks it's weird. Third, the statement is praising him. She admires his strength and courage and she loves him and the media drove her to file after years of attacks. This has mainly been ignored by mainstream media and I thought this was only going on for a year. Also, the actual act of filing for divorce is not something to be done hastily. It actually takes weeks to a month to file divorce papers. You have to find a lawyer, determine assets, determine where to file, etc. Not to mention most people think months or years before filing. It's not like you just wake up and decide to file. Yes, I'm looking at you, Kim Kardashian.

I want someone in Eddie Long's church to tell me why he still has a following. Why? Let's list his indiscretions, he has a charity in which he's the beneficiary, through the charity he gets a million dollar house and rolls Royce, four boys came accused him of sexual misconduct, the boys actually have Centino Kempt to thank for them getting the money because word on the street is that Centino was Eddie's boyfriend for 6 years, which would make him 15 or 16 when they started their "relationship,"that's the only reason why he settled, that is why his name wasn't in the lawsuit because he wasn't an accuser, he was involved in a ponzi scheme, and now this. This man is shady. Who releases a statement in his wife's voice recanting the divorce? Can someone please check on Vanessa periodically? I can see her being poisoned, drug, anything set to look like a suicide. This isn't right and this man isn't right. Obviously he's begun to care more about money than doing the work of the lord and if you wanna stay in this church, okay but know Eddie does not care about you or your salvation. The lord is revealing Eddie and people still stand behind him. Does he have to kill someone for people to realize he is a fraud? Anytime someone is the beneficiary of their own charity, it's an issue. I just wanna ask his parishioners this, do you go to church for God or for man?
